Text Mobile Banking

Customers sign up for Text Mobile Banking from within Personal Online Banking.  To sign up:

  • Log in to your Personal Online Banking account
  • Click on the Options button at the top of the page
  • Scroll to the Mobile Banking section and click Enroll
  • On the Select Services screen, click on Text Messaging

You will be asked for your cell phone information.  You will then receive a text message letting you know that you are enrolled.

At any time, you can send a text to 99588 with one of these commands:

  • B/BAL/BALANCE/BALANCES to receive the balances for all eligible accounts
  • STMT/TRAN/HIST to receive recent transactions – reply with NEXT/MORE to get more transactions
  • ATM plus ZIP code, city or state to receive ATM locations
  • BRANCH plus ZIP code, city or state to receive Branch locations
  • BOTH plus ZIP code, city or state to receive ATM and Branch locations
  • HELP/HLP to receive a list of acceptable keywords to use in text banking

Keywords are NOT case sensitive.

Text Mobile Banking requires that SMS and/or a data plan be enabled on your phone.  SMS and/or data charges may apply.  Please check with your wireless service provider for availability and fees.
