Which phones can be used for Mobile Banking?

Hundreds of models are supported including these major brands: iPhone 4 – 6Plus, AT&T Z998, Google Nexus 4 & 5, Blackberry Z10, HTC, LG, Motorola, NEC Casio, Nokia, and Samsung.  Phones on a number of different operating systems are supported, including but not limited to, Android,  Blackberry, iOS, and Windows Phone.

Which mobile service carriers support Mobile Banking?

Mobile banking has been certified and works on all major mobile service carriers in the U.S.:  AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon Wireless.  Mobile banking also works on a number of smaller service carriers although it may not have been certified, including but not limited to, Boost Mobile, Cricket Wireless, Metro PCS, Pioneer Cellular, Union Wireless, and Virgin Mobile USA.  Please attempt enrollment.

Many prepaid plans do not support short codes so Mobile Banking will not work with them.  Please call your prepaid plan provider to ask them if they support short codes before attempting enrollment.

What if I want Mobile Banking but do not have a computer to enroll in Online Banking?

You can enroll in Online Banking if you have internet access from your phone or tablet.

Which accounts are enrolled in Mobile Banking?

Any account that you have access to via Personal Online Banking can be selected during the enrollment process to be accessible via Mobile Banking.

How do I change my phone number once I am enrolled?

Log into Personal Online Banking.  Click on the Options button at the top of the page, scroll down to Mobile Banking Profile and click on Manage Devices.  Select the My Devices tab, locate the old phone number, select Change My Phone Number from the drop down menu and click Go.

Enter the updated phone number and click Continue.  Once you receive the activation code via text on your new phone, enter the code and click Activate.

How do I deactivate my phone if it is lost or stolen?

Log into Personal Online Banking.  Click on the Options button at the top of the page, scroll down to Mobile Banking Profile and click on Manage Devices.  Select the My Devices tab, locate the old phone number, select Stop Using This Device for Mobile Banking from the drop down menu and click Go.  Click Yes to confirm.

How do I select or de-select Mobile Banking Services?

Log into Personal Online Banking.  Click on the Options button at the top of the page, scroll down to Mobile Banking Profile and click on Manage Devices.  Select the My Devices tab, locate your phone number, select Change My Mobile Banking Services from the drop down menu and click Go.  You can then check what mobile banking services you wish to continue receiving and follow the instructions on any text messages you receive to activate.

I deleted the application/bookmark from my phone.  How can I receive a text message with the application/mobile banking website to re-establish?

Log into Personal Online Banking.  Click on the Options button at the top of the page, scroll down to Mobile Banking Profile and click on Manage Devices.  Select the My Devices tab, locate your phone number, select either Download the Application or Get a Link to the Mobile Banking Website and click Go.  Follow the instructions on any text messages you receive to activate.
