CSB Mobile puts the power to bank anytime, right in your hands. You can access your account balances and transactions, transfer money, deposit checks and even pay bills or people. And all you need is a cell phone with internet access.
In order to be able to set up and receive various Text Alerts to your cell phone regarding account activity, you must sign up for CSB Mobile within Personal Online Banking:
- Log in to your Personal Online Banking account
- Click on the Options button at the top of the page
- Scroll to the Mobile Banking section and click Enroll
- On the left side of the Select Services screen, enter your cell phone number with area code and click Send to receive a download link to your phone.
- On the right side of the Select Services screen, check Alerts. Click Continue.
You will then receive two text messages — one with the download link and one with the activation code. Follow the instructions in the text messages. The first time you log in, you will be required to enter both your Personal Online Banking access id and password. After initial log in, you will only have to enter your password.
To set up Alerts, click on the Unread or Read hyperlink next to the Welcome message on the home page within Personal Online Banking. A new window will open. Click on the account type for which you want to establish alerts; then click on the SetUpNewAlert link.
You will be able to access account balance and transaction information, transfer money between your accounts, schedule payments to billers already established in your bill payment, pay persons already established in your Popmoney®, deposit checks to your checking or savings accounts, and access ATM and branch location information.
CSB Mobile uses the same encryption and security technology that we use for Personal Online Banking. Effective June 25, 2017, to access CSB Mobile the following operating systems are required: Android 4.4-4.4.4 KitKat (Level 20) and above for Android phones and iOS8 and above for Apple phones.
